I'll admit, most of our fall decorations this year are simply the same . . . however, I did figure out a few new things to add . . .
I found this quilting loop at a thrift store and realized it might be fun to use on the front door!
So, I brought out the burlap once again and traced a stencil on it.
Then, I painted it.
And, finally I put it in the quilting loop.
You'll have to wait for the next post to see it in place . . .

I wish I had thought about that last year. I gave at least 40 of those hoops to the Salvation Army! I had not used them in years and didn't need them. See what happens when you throw stuff away!
Where did you get that stencil from? I've been looking for a Q everywhere!
this is such a neat idea. I will be making one for our front door this week :)
