Christmas With the Fam!

Christmas Eve:
Our first stop was with our family in Columbia . . .
with last year's baby boom!

ALL THE CHILDREN!

Christmas Morning (in Clover):
Waiting patiently at the top of the stairs to go down!

Fleming, Rob and the girls arrive for breakfast . . .

. . . and then more presents!

Christmas Day (in Aiken):
More gifts to be shared in Aiken with mom, dad, Jennifer, Trav, and Alex!

Abby sits and watches!

And, finally Alex gets his BIG gift . . .

A train table with "Choo Choos!"

Our Aunt, Uncle, and cousins arrive just in time for dinner!

What a busy weekend! We are truly blessed!
Merry Christmas!

A Day in Aiken!

I was SO happy to get to spend the day at
Michelle's house with some of my girlfriends!
It's been TOO long!

Melinda, Jenny, Melissa, Molly, and Michelle

The kids were MOST excited to exchange gifts!

Melissa and one of her twins Cole.

Melinda's little boy Austin and Jenny's little boy Will.

Jenny's little girl Beth.

If you can keep it straight . . .
Twins- Jake and Cole (Melissa's), Sam and tiny baby Luke (Molly's), FIFTH GRADER Paige (Michelle's), Beth and Will (Jenny's), and (turned around) Austin (Melinda's)!
ALL THE CHILDREN!
Seems as though I'm the only one without . . . :)

An Exciting Weekend!

Saturday night, we invited our parents over for dinner!
It was fun to see everyone together in big town of Blythewood!

Sunday, Devin, Erin, Grady, and I went to the
Panthers game in Charlotte.

It was a FUN time!

Another Movie Review . . . "The Holiday"

I always look forward to a good Christmas movie this time of the year. And well, being the "girly movie" SAP that I am, this movie met all my expectations. As my old literature teacher, Mrs. Booraem, would say, "Boy meets girl, boy looses girl, boy wins girl." I'm a sucker for it everytime, eventhough everyone knows how it will end. No, I wouldn't say it will be winning any Oscars anytime soon. But, you'll laugh, you'll cry, and you'll feel good. And, isn't that what it's all about this time of the year anyways?
