Now that Ross is on a pretty good routine, I've found the time to squeeze in a few projects here and there!
I can't take all the credit for this one . . . Fleming helped with this idea!
I'd been on the search for some fun cake plates, but couldn't seem to find exactly what I wanted . . . so why not make them!
Plates: $.25 - $.50 a piece (at the thrift store)
Old candle holders: $.50 a piece
Put 'em together . . .
Cake plates!
Ross was most impressed.

PS Seeing how much Ross enjoys a good project, I am going to have to think of something soon for her to do in my craft room. I bet she could find some fun things there one of these days. If I had a blog I would show her what I was making this week. It was gelatin printing on paper...fun! fun! She will love it someday...a little messy, but fun...just like a kid loves. I must find some water soluble inks for her though much too messy with permanent....

I noticed Ross is licking her fingers! I guess she is impressed because she is imagining all the cake you are going to make for those platters....
