This month she has . . .
- started reaching and grabbing for everything
- tried a sippy cup (and continues to do so with no luck . . .)
- been eating four 8 ounce bottles a day (and one snack bottle)
- been eating cereal & fruit for breakfast & a vegetable and fruit for supper
- started clapping . . .
Perhaps my favorite thing she's started doing this month, however, is how she recognizes the word "kisses." She smiles and giggles every time we say/do it, especially when we tell her to give "kisses" to her baby doll! It has to be the sweetest thing!
Three people have come up to her in the last 2 days and commented on how ". . . she's not a baby anymore." And, believe me, I have not been handling that very well.
She is changing every single day . . . seeming less and less like a little baby . . . and more and more like a little girl.
Good gracious, I don't know what I'm going to do . . .
