Grady and I couldn't have been more excited when my parents got us a weekend away in Charleston for Christmas this year. The Barksdale Inn was fabulous!
There's not much better than a weekend filled with shopping and eating.
(And, of course, we don't visit any town without finding at least one cigar shop . . .)
We were excited to try a couple new restaurants this time . . . one of which we added to our list of favorites: FIG. The menu seemed a bit limited at first, but after taking some great advice from our server, we chose some ridiculously good dishes!

My husband and I are going there for our one year anniversy next month! I am glad ya'll had fun!
It is a wonderful place! Our favorite place to eat is SNOB . . . we totally recommend it!
