Well, after 75 days on the market . . . we signed a contract today.
Of course, anything could happen between now and the closing date in 2 months, but we’re certainly a step in the right direction. We can at least justify looking at new homes now.
I’ll be the first to say, it’s been a bit stressful . . . and will most certainly continue to be . . . but we’re both extremely excited!
Although, I’m not sure that I can say the same for Salsa. We haven’t broken the news to her quite yet . . .

I am very excited for you! I know you will find a wonderful house or a diamond in the rough that you will make wonderful! I hope you will be a little closer! That would be so nice. I like getting together to do things!
