. . . a whole LOT of nothing.
We have OFFICIALLY hit the "picky" stage. (It is a stage, right?)
At one point in time, I thought I had nothing to worry about. From the get-go, Ross has eaten really well. (Hence her size . . .) I normally had no problems getting her to finish her food.
Here recently, however, things have changed completely. Today, for instance, she literally gagged most of her food out of her mouth. I can't even begin to tell you how frustrating that is.
I have, thankfully, found one thing she will eat and eat and eat . . .
Surely, you've seen these. This one happens to be Target's "Up & Up" brand (the cheapest I've found). I really like Target's brand because they mix fruit AND vegetable- a double dose of nutrition!
She begs and begs to have these . . . all day.
And, well, with her not eating like I'm used to, she normally gets it.
*sigh*
Stage . . . right?

We are in the SAME stage...SO FRUSTRATING! Bananas and oranges all day for us pretty much!
just be thankful her food of choice consists of pureed veggies and fruit... bailey used to beg for mac & cheese.
she seems to be starting to get over the "picky" stage a little though... she's been more willing to try new things recently.
just keep at it and know that 99.9% of parents go through it too :)
Definitely a stage! When my boys were little my pediatrician always told me that little ones have so little control over their environment that they often exert control over the three things they can: eating/drinking, pooping/peeing, sleeping. This too shall pass!
Now you know what Kati has gone through Cole's whole life. I just bought the graduate grabbers (pureed veggies and fruit also) and he gagged on those. So we are assuming Brennan and Cole will soon be in the same diaper size.
