This weekend we decided to take a quick trip to
ATLANTA!
ATLANTA!
We really wanted to see what it was Craig and Alanna
were talking about, so our first stop was . . .

IKEA was overwhelming, to say the least! Don't get me wrong, I loved it, but my goodness, 350,000 sq. ft. of anything is too much!
We did, however, find several things!

A friend (who paints here regularly- leighryangalleries.com)
suggested our dinner spot to us
. . . Cafe Tu Tu Tango!
This artsy tapas restaurant was right up our alley!
Most nights artists paint here,
while tarot card readers read your fortune . . .

entertainment running through!

Local artist's work covers the wall,
which made for such a great atmosphere!

Perfect pick, Leigh! Thanks!
We, of course, couldn't pass by the aquarium!

Did you like IKEA? I want to go there to get some stuff for Alex - online, it looks like they have tons of cute kid's stuff for cheap cheap!
Looks like FUN!! I've never been to IKEA, but I've heard all about it!! Hope you're having a good week!
looks like you guys basically copied the trip we took a couple of months ago. i'm glad we could be such wonderful inspiration for you! you should sign up for the ikea catalog... that way you can have the ikea experience in blythewood!
We loved IKEA- but it's SO much and it's SO crowded! This is how it is . . . 2 levels- top is ONLY display (fake room and after fake room of all their stuff) You write down the item number and where to find it, then you go down stairs to get it. It's a lot to take it. Don't expect to get in and out in any quick matter. But again, it's cute, modern stuff- at a GREAT price!
I meant manner- in a quick MANNER! :)
