To the Movies Again!

Okay . . . so whatever you're expecting about Pan's Labyrinth . . . expect the opposite. You won't believe how incredibly DIFFERENT this movie is. Being the "Harry Potter" lover that I am, of course, I related the 2 movies . . . DON'T. When the trailor suggests it's " . . . a fairytale for grown-ups," they weren't kidding. Don't get me wrong, the movie is quite good, though it totally hit me off guard. But, here I am, to not let that happen to you. Go see the movie . . . but, Jennifer, do be prepared to cover your eyes several times.

And, It Continues!

Again, we were up at the store preparing for Grady's
opening day! As Grady examined merchandise, I organized and filed papers away. I have to say, it's coming along!

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!

Sorry for the lack of interesting pictures this week! We've been so busy shopping and painting and transporting things to the new store . . . most of which I can't reveal quite yet! :) Opening day is approaching very quickly!!

Our Quick Trip!

This weekend we decided to take a quick trip to
ATLANTA!

. . . mainly to do a little furniture shopping for Grady
. . . well, mostly, that is.

We really wanted to see what it was Craig and Alanna
were talking about, so our first stop was . . .

IKEA was overwhelming, to say the least! Don't get me wrong, I loved it, but my goodness, 350,000 sq. ft. of anything is too much!
We did, however, find several things!

A friend (who paints here regularly- leighryangalleries.com)
suggested our dinner spot to us

This artsy tapas restaurant was right up our alley!
Most nights artists paint here,
while tarot card readers read your fortune . . .

. . . and there are random bursts of
entertainment running through!

Local artist's work covers the wall,
which made for such a great atmosphere!

We, of course, couldn't pass by the aquarium!

Though, I wish we could have stayed longer,
our quick trip was most successful!

Will He Stay or Will He Go?

With Mike's pending decision
on whether or not to go back to Clover,
we decided to go out and celebrate whatever choice!
We spent a night out at "Jake's" in his honor!
